One Malawian is reported dead 

One Malawian is reported dead while nine others are seriously injured in an accident in Mozambique's Tete province involving a bus heading to Blantyre from South Africa.

Tete province Consul General Happy Saka said that the deceased and the injured are currently at Tete Provincial Hospital.

Saka added that the driver of the DNC bus, registration number CHS 388-L, reportedly lost control upon reaching the Mameme area in Moatize district, causing the bus to overturn.

The individuals involved have not yet been identified, according to Mr. Saka.
